Better chair
If you use your laptop and desktop PCs simultaneously, keyboard/mouse sharing software, if you’re not already using one?Something like “mouse without borders” in MS Powertoys, or [Synergy](https://symless.com/synergy) (Or equivalent, there are forks of it on github that are at least as good.)That will let you use a single mouse and keyboard across both machines.
Otherwise, definitely a cozy chair once you can get one, or maybe a deskmat, and desk decoration in the back left corner of the desk, perhaps?
Maybe a beach umbrella and some sand and put some rum punch in the mug.

seriously you should try get the best chair you can, i found out about task chairs that are super adjustable and ergonomic so you can be seated properly,
i picked a 900£ chair up on second hand website for 90£ & if i could impress upon you, that as you age, the ability to sit in “any” chair becomes a no no & if i could go back in time the only thing i would change is my random gaming chair to some task chair that would have been better for my back in the long run (that and a proper mattress) but still nice setup. ✌️

Dignity. Would invest into some longer cables or extensions and hide them properly along the edges of your walls and behind the desk. Put the monitor further to the back, clean up the desktop and get yourself some space back for actual ergonomic sitting. That would also require a proper office chair. Something simple, not expensive but definitely not that abomination and also not a gaming chair. Eventually exchange the desk or buy some stand for the PC and put it slightly elevated on the floor.
I didn’t know they let you have an entire pc set up in prison. It looks like you’re doing pretty well.
Go to walmart and get a budget gaming chair for around 120
