That chair needs to go. Get a cheap office chair, doesn’t have to be expensive but even a low end one will be a million times more comfortable and good for your back than your current chair.
Also, yeah painting the room and adding a bit more character to your space would likely be nice.
What’s with the prison window guard?
The computer hardware all looks quite nice.
