    Yes. It will boost as much as it can if under 90C.

    Yep, especially with 145w. They can go over 90, dunno your hestsink but it will start throttling around there I’m guessing too

    See if you can tune down the wattage, can keep full boost longer

    I wouldn’t call this under load. It is stress test. Under real load temperature will be much lower and clocks higher
