Moved into a new house about 2 years ago. Looking for options for how to make this cleaner or improvement ideas. I like the idea of having a larger curved monitor, but it's hard to get away from the vertical one for work, I end up reviewing a lot of scanned 8.5×11 documents on it. The two beams and the slanted cealing limit desk space options.

Hiding those cables would be a great start !!!
Cable sleeves, zipties, etc for those messy cables. Also it’d be cool to see a headphone hook on the inside of that beam above your computer. I assume your tower doesnt fit straight on with that sloped roof?

Think thats a really nice space! However to me the desk is the limiting factor not the beams/slanted cealing. I would try to fit a deeper/bigger desk to gain some room that way.
