I finally decided to buy the Archer Quartz “Bandit, and coming back from buying it I decided to do a side mission near by.

    Did this show up as a mission marker for you? Idk why but since the most recent patch a lot of the random “jobs” like this that aren’t gigs no longer have an exclamation point on the map. I went there and got the car as well, but didn’t even know the quest had spawned yet and thought I was missing a requirement, as on my previous playthrough it was marked when I hit the requirements.

    This happened especially with a lot of the side missions in the badlands, like where you can find Bart moss body. That’s also usually marked with an exclamation.

    Honestly, Murk Man novelty aside, the Bandit is better. The Caliburn’s steering is trash on anything other than the best-maintained roads in NC, which also happen to be the areas with the highest traffic, making its speed at best pointless, and at worst a hindrance to the driver.

    Ah yes, the vehicle of murkman, the orphaned son of Richard Night who fights crime by beating up people

    Ah no big loss, the Archer Quartz is still pretty decent. Got a nice feel to it, nice and nimble.

    Murkmobile for the highways;
    Johnny’s 911 for the streets until I get the Herrera Outlaw “Weiler” from Phantom Liberty;
    Jackie’s/Scorpion’s bike for the Badlands until I can get the Demiurge on Act 3;
    and either Mackinaw variants for Pacifica until I can start doing Muarmar’s car theft gigs (also from Phantom Liberty) to afford the heavily armored (and pricey, oof) Hellhound
