1- Start PUBG and let it load
2- click window+R and paste this path %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\CohCache
3- You’ll find a lot of files like this one a5365349908f37c07064bb9711f9d325.ctx. When you’re stuck on that screen, and while the game is till open, you’ll notice a file in this folder which is increasing in size (right side) considerably and continuously, while the other files are not changing, in my case it was this file . You should right click on that file, properties, then set to "read only". Then restart the game.
After applying this fix, game will never get stuck again.
However, idk if this can fix the stuck on loading screen after finishing a match tho .. Feel free to try and let me know in comments please ..

I have the exiting match variety, and no file that changes in size at all.

If you played on a console you wouldn’t have this issue. Easy fix.
tried this when my gf was having increasing loading times, did not work on her system, what did was removing an old HDD that did not even have PUBG on it yet somehow that HDD was slowing the loading and causeing all kinds of weird problems.
