asus uses awful thermal paste on there gpu’s and suffers from massive pump out effect with in a month( my 4080 has been in 3 times for re-paste, and i cant do anything about it, if i repaste it myself ill void my warranty, and no thanks)
keep a eye on your temps, ull notice ur hot spot start to hit 100-110c, when normal hot spot is like 80 max

I may be wrong but you may be able to bend it back. People bend back CPU pins and these are less fragile than that. Really as long as you’re not touching two fins that will make it very usable. The cooling on my 4090 has been great so far so I don’t see why the 4080 super would be different. But check with someone else to see if bending them back is actually kosher.

It’s not just the bent parts to worry about, its the force that was applied to the gpu/pcb.. The card almost looks warped, look near the power connector in your picture. I have not looked at my ASUS Tuf, but I believe that has to be straight and It has some taper to it. I would start looking for cracks but I would also return it. I’ve watched too many 4000 series repair videos where the pads on the gpu itself start to detach after some kind of impact or the pcb cracks due to weight/flex. You don’t want to take that kind of risk. I wouldn’t on my 4070Ti much less a 4080 Super, get your money back.

Obviously you’d want a card in perfect condition when buying new but if you have a pair of needle nose pliers you can carefully bend the fins back in place might be worth trying with all these thefts on high dollar items something could happen just trying to swap to a new card if it works me personally I would keep it after slightly tweaking those bent heatsink fins
