I tried enabling A-XMP only for it to prevent the PC from booting until I reset CMOS.

Looks like your memory is running at 3600 when it should be running at 6000, that’s going to provide very bad results. Have a look at the memory and see what voltage it needs. Normally when you enable XMP it should also adjust the voltage. You could try again and see if the volts are correct. If that doesnt work, try setting the memory to 5600Mhz (its still not the right amount but it will be achiveable and faster)
