Context account was recently hacked into and the guy started cheating i can't access the linked email but have sent out requests to investigate suspicious activity on my account
Your telling me sudden name change and change of every cosmetic on wz un adding everyone on my friends list which is like 400 people sudden unlock tool and I believe actual physical cheats isn't "suspicious activity" and they got rid of support tickets so im pretty sure every bit of support is automated cos the multi million company can't afford to hire support like tf

No one will spend time and effort to investigate if you’ve done all those things by yourself to cover your cheating or what. They don’t care. Create another account, it’s a free game. If you’ve already spent money on that game it means you care and you will spend that money again = profit.
Sorry to hear but that’s the right way to Go about this. You did not use 2FA in Order to Project your account. And the Cheating has been done from said Account.
What would you like them to do? From their point of view, you got caught cheating and I’m sure you are not the first person to claim “yeah my account was hacked” as a defense.
2FA is the only way
