Probably Steam’s doing. They likely want written confirmation from Sony that players in those countries won’t be locked out of the game

Because all we have is a tweet from a Social Media Manager. There’s no official steam announcement. They haven’t changed the requirements on the Steam Page. Steam will likely add it back to those regions once Sony does more than tweet.
Which is why I think switching reviews back to positive is a premature move to make at this point. Wait until they act on their word.

Steam not gonna take on anymore refund or legal liability for selling a product that violates Terms of Service until lawyers and contracts from the publisher are sorted out and validated. So it’s likely going to take a few weeks before this gets sorted out and Steam lets it happen…if Sony lets it move forward at all.
