Some car posters would be nice. A peg board could also lighten up the room and give it some personality. You could also try adding some plants (fake or real ones.) Or you can add a shelf where you can display some collectables or other cool art. Some cool looking speakers can do you a favor

But really, I agree with others saying you should get a coaster or two. Also maybe something on the wall to the right of the vertical monitor.
