    Amazon/Ebay?!?

    You probably won’t get by with one monitor arm.

    There are some monitor arms that can do this, but they are not very flexible in their settings.

    But if that’s not your setup in the photo, you’re breaking rule 4.

    Probably a wall mounted vesa adapter should do the trick
