I honestly always reinstall windows when it comes preinstalled. There’s so much bloatware stuff and customized garbage that it’s a pain. Also there’s usually a hidden recovery drive using like 20-30 gb for nothing. So I just delete all the partitions at the same time so all of it can be used properly.

Just grab a USB stick, download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft and do a fresh Windows fresh install. I’m sure there’s more than just McAfee on your PC.
