Close the app & restart
Have you tried backing out of the lobby then going back in and trying it again? I know I have some issues like that when I join a lobby, or get promoted. But backing out of the lobby entirely then going back in and starting the queue all over again seems to work!
Restart everything network related and your console.. hurry before they nerf aim assist.
Idk if this is your issue but i get caught in a “connecting” screen like that sometimes when I load a game. Usually I just back out and reload until it shows ping numbers.
So what you should see when you select BR quads is the searching for screen with ping numbers, then that connecting screen, then the actual map thumbnail with player count.
No idea if it works but sometimes I’ll load a different game, like if BR quads keeps starting with connecting I’ll load a resurge quads and see if I get the same issue and then go back to BR if I don’t. Such a well made game lol
Cancel it and try again, this has been a problem for a very long time
I just stop the search and restart. Eventually it starts searching. Sometimes I have to do it twice. But usually works after like 30 seconds.
