Turn on demand texture streaming to low
Same think here cant play mp or z only wz

Me too!!!
Same thing. Tried restarting the game, restarting my PS5, no luck. Also did the texture streaming to off. Didn’t work. With every update you get more glitches. Typical.
Go into your settings:
-graphics
-click on the “show more” under on-demand texture streaming
-change the allocated texture cache size from auto to small.
Worked for me.
This is why I went back to DMZ
