It appears to give each team member $500 every 20 seconds as long as you’re holding it. You also get some XP.
To get it:
You have to use the bioscanner at HQ to open the bunker. To my knowledge, you have 27 unique day uses at scanner but not 100%.
Anyone know if there’s any other bunkers to open and how? I don’t see much about this when I used google.
