Shuld i overklock my i7 11700k?

Hi i have been thinking about OVERclocking my system a while but i dont know if its worth overklock 11700k? Have been running overklock settnings on this system before ,worked for 6month then format c: +cmos rset.

Im kinda new to this section of comps just reading on internet and learn.

I undervolted my cpu on this gear it was really bad when running auto settning im v core . When from 1.450 maybe to 1. 350 in max -> 708 min went without problem .stress tested (post pic with results) Settning CPU LOAD LITE MODE 12o – CRASHED AT MODE 2 . Bluescreen. Was putting value to mode 4 and runs smooth.

I was thinking about to ad this settnings i found on Toms Hardware into advanced OC settning.

But i dont know if its worth doing it cuz of lack of experience?
Shuld i try this settning from toms??

What can i do more on this setup i use to increase pWr? Shuld i go for higher memory maybe 5000mhz+ 32 or 64gb for more. Maybe 2x 16gb faster then 3x 8gb performance?

Temps is running great on this setup maybe 70c -75c on my i7 after 2-3h high performance gaming 700fps cs2
XMP ON. was lagging on 1600mhz DDR4 now 3200 cl 16.
