    Take a look at your processes in Task Manager. I have 6 instances of Edge open even though I’ve never once used it on this PC.

    The house always wins.

    I have the Firefox Installer on my Windows Bootable USB so I never have to interact with Edge.

    The amount of people that don’t know Edge is powered by Chromium. As a QA tester, they are essentially the same.

    With winget in modern windows you can actually install chrome or Firefox without opening edge at all. It’s pretty nice (and a lot of programs can be installed this way)
