Did u pop ur dome? I did it too the first tine i finished the game. And since then i have never finished the game, even now with phantom library i refuse to do mainstory. All i do is steal cars for el capitan and amass my riches, i think i got arround 100 hours just stealing cars. I got mods installed and i can level so all my skills are 20 and that is my goal to max myself out and then ill do the boring walking with reed simulator quests.
