Looks like op edited the video tbh. There’s a cut. He went from 30 bullets to 19. Not to mention the sudden quality drop there. The whole video should be the same resolution throughout unless op screen captured on a device right?
Either that or the game lagged. Which should be OPs guess as opposed to jumping to conclusions. But we all know how that goes.

If you’re watching the kill cam, you need to know that the kill cam is not an accurate representation of what he saw, at all. There can be lag and desync that doesn’t show what you thought happened. This looks like a normal kill. I could be wrong, but nothing glaring here.
