I got myself in here with my car cause I wanted to take a shortcut but now I can’t leave, either it can’t jump out or it says the “there’s nothing out there for ya “ thing and turns me around even tho there very obviously is something, how do I get out? And also what is this place?

There’s nothing easier than getting out of this location! All you have to do is shoot at the gate from Militech Basilisk.
Its nomad ending location. Worst case scenario reload.
this location is used in one of the game’s endings just try loading an earlier save
Dunno if it works with the latest update but this has infinite double jump so you can float up over stuff

Its not that way, just turn arround and follow the indicator until you find the road. You’ll come here at some point. Woops didnt read your comment, i would say load a save file before you got there

It’s an important story location for a particular path, there’s nothing you can do if its bugged (it happens) just reload an earlier save
Turn the other direction, keep walking for a while. The direction helper will eventually figure itself out.
how did you get there in first place? Unless to use flying mods, the game prevents you to reach that place outside one of possible >!final missions !<
