I've been having issues with my GPU and OC performance. My settings for the OC are below and I'm getting very lackluster performance. I have an 5800X3D and 32G 3600MHz Ram. When I run 3DMark on it I get below average results, Same when there's no OC on it. I should be getting in the 25k area but can't break 17k no matter what I try. Any insights?
