My friend has 64GB Dram kit from Kingston Fury, but he can't stabilize it, PC has constant crashes and bsods. Can anyone help?

Bad motherboard/CPU, probably bad IMC.
Main thing i can see fixing the issue (besides replacing CPU/motherboard) is to try gear2.
Your friend might have to use gear2, worth trying since he ended up with hynix A-die, should allow him to overclock well on a good motherboard (even with dual rank):
