Sir, this is a Wendy’s. Unless you’ve played BurgerTime, please leave the premises before I call security.

All my practice with typing came from raiding in WoW, where speed was more important than accuracy. Now I can type fast, but I make so many stupid typos.

i learned touch typing when i was about 3 or 4 from the ti99 (i was a 90s kid but dad showed me old tech and i loved the ti99 as a kid)

when we had a computer class in 4th grade and some instance had me lean over to a classmates computer to type something, classmate was like “you type faster with one finger than i do with both hands’

i mean im sure i went through it but i literally dont remember ever doing the “hunt and peck” thing. it blew my mind people just didnt know where the keys were

How did you read the text in the game if you didn’t already know how to read?

Have that campfire scene from Chrono Trigger framed. God damn, what a timeless story.
