Do ya’ll reckon that this overclock is safe? been playing elden ring for an hour and it seems stable. I had the memory higher but the temp has me a bit scared.

If it’s stable then go ahead and run it. I’d probably buy new pads / some putty and get that memory a little cooler. It’s probably fine, but I just don’t like to see temeperatures that high.
