Ive noticed that after I wake up from sleep, my CPU would go into the 90s but if I were to restart the computer and play a game, it usually sits around 65-75, max 80c. I thought it could be that my AIO pump wasn’t turned on because I saw that was a common issue so I took off the AIO from the SATA power connector and connected it to the motherboard AIO pump but problem still persists. I suspect it has to do with my undervolt reverting back to default after computer wakes up from sleep. What I dont understand is the core temp seem fine but the Tdie/avg is high. Any help?
There is a slight overclock on the memory and CPU. I am on the latest BIO 2413 from Asus. All drivers updated.

Memory – Tighter timing, 1.4v>1.35, 6000mhz>6200mhz
CPU – PBO enabled, +150mhz, -15 undervolt on all cores.
Cooling – ID Cooling Dashflow 240mm AIO
Motherboard – Asus B650E-I ITX
Case – A4 Dan H2O
It needs to uncompressed files thus ramping your cpu utilization up and making it hotter.
