It is currently only available to residents of Canada and the United States.

CPU's from the following sockets are supported.
INTEL 155x, INTEL 1200, INTEL 1700, AMD AM5
Pricing
Pricing is Currently set at $69.99 USD
The price includes standard retrun shipping — the shipping price from us back to you.
It also includes insurance on your CPU during the Delid process.
Pricing is subject to change; however, we tried to set it somewhere where it makes sense for both parties. Considering the price for DIY, the current price of a Thermal Grizzly – Delid-Die-Mate and Thermal Grizzly – Conductonaut together comes out to ~$93 USD, so we're actually a fair bit cheaper if you only plan on doing one CPU.
Fufillment
We are currently offering 2 fulfillment methods.
Direct
Pretty simple and straight forward, you ship your CPU to us with your order # inside the package. (This will help us track who's CPU is who's.) Once we receive your CPU we will perform the service and ship the CPU back to the the address on your order.
Amazon
This one is a little more complicated; however, there are possible time and price savings in some cases.
You will order a new CPU through our Amazon Wishlist (Instructions on our website.) Amazon will ship us your CPU, we will perform the service, and then ship the CPU back to you.
Pros and cons of using Amazon as fulfillment
Pros:
- Prime Shipping, CPU will arrive to us in 1-2 days, in most cases minimising turnaround time.
- Shipping is free if you are a Prime member
Cons:
- If you already own the CPU you would like to delid you cannot use this method.
- If you are a resident of the United States, you may end up having to pay Canadian tax rates, as we are located in Ontario.
Shipping
When using Direct, you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping your CPU to us.
We are responsible for the Shipping cost from us back to you once the service is completed.
Express Shipping on the way back is available for a flat fee when ordering.
Returns and Refunds
If a CPU is lost or damaged in transit to us, we are not responsible. We advise you to choose a shipping method that is trackable.
If you receive your CPU and it has abnormally high temperatures, email us, you are eligible for a refund.
If your CPU is damaged during the shipping process, email us.
CPU's that have been sent and have not yet been delided are eligible for a refund of the whole order amount minus the amount for a return label.
