Maybe add Wood Wallpanels or some Personalisation such as if you like dogs a wodden dog decor. or maybe you make some shelves with plants from the same wood as your table. hope that helps
floating shelves and/or more art. you could also consider some sort of pegboard or bulletin board, lighting, acoustic panels, etc
or a big sign that says something about gaming, beer, or sports using the phrase “man cave” in those basic bitch farmhouse decor fonts

Get rid of that hideous trash can and replace it with something smaller under the desk. Get a lamp, shelves, wall art to fill the space out. Plants would be amazing but you’d have to keep them alive.

Change the map to a different painting/ put a tapestry or a large panting behind the monitor l. You could also put up some sort of other call decor that fits your home theme
Not sure where to start. Your desk has more square footage than a New York apartment.

You need to start from the beginning.
Is there a reason you’ve got the desk that way round and not both sides against the wall? I feel like if you turned it the room would feel a lot bigger.
Put some floating shelves on it and add some lighter colors
