You deserve more than being bitten for having the CPU fan in the worse of all possible orientations!
Yeah is that blowing the CPU air back into the case and onto the GPU? Just flip the fan. That’ll make this 90% okay. You can leave the heatsink if you don’t want to do that work.

C0 poisoning is the only logical explanation for that heat sink placement.

Was it a love bite or did she sink her teeth in? Cat bites are dangerous even if they look harmless because of bacteria.
