Should you check benchmarks online for the 1070 and see if it performs better than your 1650s instead of posting this low effort lazy post looking for a quick answer from people that will do all the work for you?
Definitely. Double the VRAM and a significant increase in raw performance.

Yup, about 28% faster and also double the vram which will help with texture loading and minimum fps.

That cooler is quitest air cooler I have ever had, if I remember right I owned 1080 Palit with same cooler and it was great!

Congrats! First thing I’d do is test if the thermals are stable under load. If not, replace paste/thermal pads and send it.

This is why the 16 series cards didn’t really make much sense when they launched (even when they were relaunched with supers). The 10 series Pascal cards were still available for cheaper and performed better, while the AMD Polaris 400 and 500 series cards were available as a budget option.
cards used for mining aren’t as bad as people think. Sometimes mining cards can outlive cards that are used for gaming as they spend most their life at the same temp instead of fluctuating between hot and cold like used for gaming gpus.
I am currently using an old mining 1070 hybrid and it’s still good for certain games. Nothing new though 😞 I can play GTA V around 50-70 fps at 1440p
