I hope Treyarch doesn’t abandon Gulf war zombies after 1 season like they did mw zombies

From what I’ve heard I am looking forward to it, although I am taking what I heard with a grain of salt. Basically it’ll be like a CWZ 2.0 kinda zombies. I enjoyed CWZ and to see it expanded on with better maps and deeper game progression would be nice. I’d definitely like the ability to reset progress again tho.

Why do so many of you struggle with this? It was always going to be a return to round based. It’s a Treyarch game.
Which games have had shit zombies? Vanguard and MWIII. Who’s games were those? Sledgehammer. Zombies for both those games were thrown together by Treyarch in short time because of Activision so they had *something* they could market for otherwise completely shit games.

I think everyone should be skeptical. Its one of the best opportunities for a great zombies game in a while, but after MWZ and Vanguard people should be ready for some bullshit. Even if the game is great at launch, there is a strong possibility they jump ship to work on Cod 2025, since it somehow doesnt have a lead dev as of 1-2 months ago. Im still really looking forward to it, but if its another disappointment its gonna be a long time before another good zombies game is even possible.

Yea if they bring back round based

I believe it will be a great success. They will have enough investments from every gamer with an ability to play. They shall dump unlimited resources into it. It will be the greatest game created in a decade. They should launch a special edition console with a great bounty inside. This will be the seasons to remember.
Sincerely, 007.

There are 3 things that will keep me interested. 1. Servers that that are consistent. It’s ok for me to have some lag, and some connection issues, but I don’t like the fear of losing everything in a second due to connection issues. 2. Round Based Maps, self explanatory. 3. New interesting guns from the time period, they usually do a pretty good job at this even in futuristic titles.

given how (most of) everything was funneled towards WZ and storefronts, and bad reputation about server since COD HQ established; my prediction would be better than CW at best, or worse than MWIII ” Zombies” at worst

Their confidence in the mode makes me feel like it’ll be good. From what I’ve heard, they’re actually planning on using it in the open beta. Plus we’re getting at least 2 maps at or around launch. Possibly more, according to leaks. 3arch rarely lets us down (when it’s their own game).

I’m at the point of if it’s not roundbased and if the multiplayer doesn’t hook me I’m good.

I’d like it to be a better version of Cold War. What I mean by that is Gulf War should have more content, build off of only the good things, and improve or remove the bad. Move away from the warzone elements. Those and many more things that require great detail

I wouldn’t buy until solid gameplay is released.
I have given up on zombies. I only play waw, bo1, and bo2. I’m happier just playing the games that are actually good and ignoring the new ones.

I’m gonna do what I’ve done the last few years: wait and see if the launch is good. If the mode legitimately seems fun and fleshed out with more to come, I’ll get it. If it’s another low-budget, rushed mess focused on profit over quality or innovation, I’ll wait for next year’s game. I want BO3 quality with Cold War’s movement and round based system.

If they don’t make it like bullshit ass outbreak or MWZ

I’ll never give up hope for ZC2 but that’s not likely to happen,
I honestly don’t have much faith but the little bit I do have I’m thinking it could have the potential to be the best zombies since BO3 if it’s done right… We’ll just have to see🤞
