Ehh I’d compare this ideal to Cold War or the new MWZ instead 😅 like bops 3 you still had hardcore challenges and difficulties with eggs to put you in your place that waw didn’t have.
But either way it’s why I wish there was a scale:hardcore with nothing but wall buys and box, WAW/bops1 basic perks and pap, Bops3 gum and pap elemental ammo, Bops4:personal character weapons like Takeo’s katana, Cold War:ammo crates, dropping ammo and junk crafting. Then for the Cold War junk crafting its throwables like flash bang, throw axe/knife, grenade or the decoy with shorter than monkey time, or self revive packet.

I miss the old weapons from WAW
Like the Browning and the MG32 were sooo hype to get from the random box
And the magnum was one shot one kill for a long time too it was sick

In a Co-op sense WAW is harder but holy shit for solo WAW is one of if not the easiest game from the old games

I remember those days. Once you went down on higher rounds and we were revived, you were basically fucked

I know it’s just a meme but I’m a Zombies veteran, been playing since WAW. I will say BO3 Zombies is easier for sure, but the player can restrict themselves to make it tougher if they want. I do miss when zombies was very vague and getting to a higher round was what it was all about.
