Looks overwhelming at one glance, but begins to make sense when you see that the inputs shown here are actually not that long or difficult to execute. There aren’t even electrics there.

Wait till you learn about the stances of different characters

Tekken is easy as f tbh

Going to wishlist to remove Tekken 8

They do look mostly easy but maybe I’m just acclimatised to the bizarre kind of hieroglyphics fighting game manuals used for years. No different to Soul Calibur really.

Easy/difficult is always relative. A Tekken combo being easy doesn’t mean you can hand the controller to your grandma and they’ll do it first try. It means that there aren’t any extra tight timings, and that once learned, most players can land it quite consistently.

If you understand the language it really is easy

“12 frame punisher” lmao I get 10 frames less to punish at ledge. This IS easy

Easy to read, not easy to do I guess.

Just wait till you start dodging those electrics. Tekken 8, here I come!

That doesn’t really matter. VF is much deeper than Tekken and it’s a 3 button fighter. Characters have huge move lists but you don’t need to know them all.

It’s honestly not that bad. In fact Tekken is on the easier side executionwise compared to other fighting games. But optimized combos can be really tricky for sure.
