It’s not even our yet. It’s supposed to be a free to play game so a lot of people aren’t paying to play game that is coming out officially later for free.

I was interested at first, but as soon as I saw that it was an Early Access game with a paid battle pass already implemented, I abandoned that interest. I refuse to trust a game with priorities like that.

Got mad respect for them deciding to redo it rather than just pushing it out to try to recoup costs.
Vomitbelch
Let’s see if they can pull a FFXIV

The gameplay wasnt bad outside of a few clunky bugs and some made the game more fun imo (wave dashing and its consequences). There was just every other thing that was a problem that shouldn’t have even made it to beta. Like…what do you mean having more than like 70 accessories causes all other menus to lag? In a loot based game where one dungeon gets you easily half of that count what do you mean echos don’t show you their correct stats and aren’t sorted correctly and you also don’t pick up the correct one half the time? What do you mean it takes an actual 15-20 hours to level one character to max post page nerf, and you only get 29 talent points instead of the full 30? What do you mean every tree in the final area of the game has like 10 thousand polygons and causes a disgusting amount of performance issues? Don’t get me started on the discord.
Okay fine I can forgive the issues since they were fixed after all. Oh but how long did it take? The echo fix took more than 3 weeks. The game was sent to the chopping block within the first two because it was so unbearable.
I really hope they can no man’s sky this because I did really enjoy the concepts.

They have no plan for it to dissapear but it will.

I played the beta and it was ass. The dungeon I was in gave me literally no direction on what to do and spawned me nowhere near my teammates.
By the time I got to my team they killed most things and we fought a boss but when we beat it I didn’t get anything from it or completely my mission objective.
Also why are they heroes instead of custom characters?
It was clear to me from the start this game would be ass

In my opinion, if your game has a working store/battle pass, it is no longer early access or beta.
At that point, the game has launched.

it will flop, isn’t it?

Yup, that dev was right when he called Wayfinder the second coming off Wildstar. It flopped just as hard as it did.

The game just looked too generic for me but I’m glad these guys are employed and able to make a game.
Not mad at them, just not for me. Thankfully the structure of these generic online games is dying rapidly and I can’t wait until most of this boring online setup is gone. Desperately needs innovation, one more battle pass and I’m going to use a kind chipmunk as a football

all i want to know, when is free to play coming
they will make more money from the in game shop ~~( assuming there is one)~~ (there is)
than just sales
they could get way more QoL tips and so on from free players

One thing I enjoyed in this game was that you could solo stuff pretty far and most of the content was in dungeons. Combat was also good.
Then there were quite many balance issues, like running out of stamina too quickly, not dealing enough damage and everything took ages to unlock. But I guess this was understandable because the game was still in early access. Rework is what this game needed so I’m glad they seem to have the right idea of what needs to be done.
Though I’m not sure if I will give it another go when/if it launches again. The game’s artstyle wasn’t really for me. Everything was purple and a sort of “ugly”. I also wish we could customize the characters more.

So much potential, but the people in charge of their servers absolutely destroyed the game. If I remember right it was a partner of their publisher and it felt like they were purposely dragging their feet to fix it

I played in one of the closed alphas, it was fun but I also couldn’t finish a dungeon without crashing, but it was an alpha so can look past that. Didn’t want to pay the full like $40 for it though.

This game had such a bad launch that by trying to get in for the first few days I became ineligible for a refund while only ever being in an infinite queue and despite appealing they wouldn’t refund.

To be fair to them DE ruined the launch of the EA because the servers were horrendous to put it lightly, and they dipped out months ago as a publisher but literally this week they transferred assets and stuff back to the devs. The game is very promising but the rocky EA made that hard for some people to see (rightfully so). So they decided to stop selling the game until they rework everything and then it’ll hit F2P
