Should the scavenger be added to mw zombies or is it not unique enough to be added?

The scavenger is an explosive sniper rifle. It was in call of the dead, the same map that the vr 11 is from. I think it could have a place, but i dont think its unique enough for mwz since the MORS pack a punch essentially does the explosive sniper effect.
