With Verdansk, another huge reason it feels different now is because helis, vehicles, etc, were far more relevant in WZ1 because there were no ziplines. On Verdansk, you could reliably expect when people were on top of buildings because you know such buildings have access points to roofs or, if it’s a cheeky spot, a heli is there, so you know the top of a certain cheeky spot is a point of concern. In a lot of places on Verdansk, if someone got to a cheeky spot on top of something crazy, it was a shock (how tf did they get there). But now, you can expect anyone to be pretty much anywhere … **and with their loadout too** … and not just because they landed there from winning a gulag.

I hate the sound effects currently. WZ1 was far superior and felt good. Don’t know why they couldn’t keep this function as it has not consequence on increasing game quality

Nope, this version of Verdansk was absolutely atrocious. The piss filter and repainted buses were the most horrible thing they did to that map.
