Hi everyone, I've recently been assembling my build with the Asus B650e-e motherboard, yesterday I received the Ryzen 7800x3d CPU and I was able to start testing the components. I learned that Asus motherboards score the processor based on the "quality of the silicon". Turns out my cpu score is 87 and from what I understand it seems a bit low.
Did I lose the lottery ? It can be a problem ?
I have already made some tweaks to the bios such as EXPO, PBO and performed a benchmark with cinebench r23:
– 16755 pts (before bios settings)
– 17661 pts (after bios settings)
Temperatures hover at 40°C at idle and during tests they always reached 80°

What is your CPU Tctl temp during Cinebench?
80C max seems a little low, did you limit the temps with PBO? Cause that would reduce performance.
Set max temp from 85 to 89. Make sure there is no background stuff. U should be hitting 18-19k with a 7800x3d in r23
