I’ve changed it to adaptive and tried an offset of -0.075 and it still instantly thermal throttles on cinebench and I even thermal throttle in game with kraken 280mm aio, and 6 additional 120mm lian li al120v2 fans in a o11 dynamic mini. The pump seems to operating correctly so not sure what’s wrong or what I could do to bring temps down. If I try to lower offset more, cinebench crashes. I followed this guide online but I still thermal throttle and my multi core has dropped all the way to 26k

Try a 420 aio but probably you will need a custom loop.
Just to make sure that your AIO works, how much watt does your cpu pull when it hits 100°C and throttles?
