Yep and all my season 2 stuff is locked….Took them over 3 months to fix a issue like this back in MW2 S4….God help us all.
mine loaded up enough to put me into a final chance to upgrade battlepass purchase screen,which i skipped, then asked if i wanted to buy battlepass which i did assuming its the season 3 one as it just gave me the final chance to upgrade to blackcell which i skipped, and its just bought a season 2 battlepass that i already had and completed.

I also had this problem but I found a way to fix it. U have to instantly press R1 to go to the battle pass after u started the game. To avoid this bug.

Same. Uninstalling and reinstalling Warzone did not work. Attempting to uninstall and reinstall Multiplayer now. Who knows.

I just got black screen after update. 5-10 sec after main menu loaded. Reinstall game doesn’t help. PC, Steam version. If someone have same issue – give me know that please.

I found a work around for myself on PC:
1. I opened up the old COD
2. From there I clicked on a friend in Warzone and joined their party
3. When I re launched warzone it brought me to their party
4. I quickly went over to the battle pass tab (not sure if last step was needed or made a difference)
I’m now able to play the game no black screen glitch I was having

I have the same issue… get a black screen when I get to the main menu… if I use my other activision account it works
Log in to a different user account on your PS5, should work now. Not sure about other devices.

My screen goes black after seeing a room with a green box. I get a curser but nothing else.
