Try restarting your console or PC, after restarting I got the update notification. Im installing it now, it wont allow you to play the new map without installing the update.
Tons of people are excited about this map so the servers are getting bogged down with everyone trying to download it at the same time

There’s a second pretty large file download in queue outside the prerelease content already downloaded.
You need to back out and restart.
Then this second download file will initialize.
Then you will enter the game.
But then it will say update requires restart. So you will have to restart and enter the game again.
