I couldnt find any posts about this anywhere but Atom responded to a comment a couple months ago saying that he is not coming back.
What happened to toproforugames is unclear but one thing is for sure, he was one of the legends of the zombies era.

Such a shame what Activision has done to the zombies community.
he always had these oversaturated ass thumbnails n stuff; but he earned a spot in the community and it sucks to see anybody leave cos the game we all loved slowly turns to straight ass
