Hello r/PUBGconsole. Just recently, I bought trolli/PUBG and tried to redeem it. Everything worked perfectly until I tried to create a KRAFTON ID account to redeem it. I signed in with my XBOX account, and it signed me out and didn't let me sign back in. I signed in using a Google account under a different EMAIL and successfully signed in. After completing thr first step, I tried to link it to my Xbox, and the above message is shown. So then I attempted to sign in to my XBOX-linked krafton ID and it wouldn't work, saying that the password was wrong. Lastly, I sent a Reset password email and never received it. Can anyone possibly help me solve this issue?
