I was playing a game with my son and he told me the screen was glitching out and he couldn’t move or make any actions such as take a perk. I went over to his screen and saw it first hand. Needless to say everything was lost and he restarted the game. The same happened on his PS5 again a couple of days later.
As the new season is upon us he asked if I’d help on his account as he still needs quite a few things so I loaded his PSN on my PS5 and loaded in to a game. This above video is what happened, and what we have previously seen before.
I have hundreds, if not thousands of games and have never seen this so clearly this is an account issue rather than a connection or PS5 problem (or a very unusual coincidence)
Any idea about what could be causing it?
If it isn’t clear, the cancel contract screen is flashing on and off constantly. In fact I could hear the same clicking before the game had even fully loaded in. This continued for a few minutes. I could move but not really know which way I was going.

The worst part is not being able to open the ‘start” menu to leave game
Only one time I was able to proximity chat with someone and they pushed me all the way to exfil onto helicopter…went up but when copter went forward, my camera just stopped following, I could hear others below me but they couldn’t hear me…eventually the storm came but I didn’t die to it, when timer ran out, I just went back to “start mission” screen woth all my stuff…just had to let it run for an hour until all timers expired…idk if t9mbstone will work either….this happens every couple days or so, idk what to do ro fix/avoid it
