Faffin around with one of those cheap aliexpress laptop boards that have terrible VRMS got my tempgun out and optimizing the voltages and wattages and airflow to keep the vrms happy and cool(they are clocking between 30 and 50C now which is great) and noticed during my runs this lil beast is running 11k + on the cpu score, which apparently is close/better than typical basic 11900k overclocks
and I've not pushed the actual mhz yet(set the limit to 5ghz, but haven't set the turbo boost to higher than 4.6ghz yet)
Thought I'd share seeing as its an ES 0000 eng 45W chip running more than double its rated TDP
EDIT: reupload cause adding links to captions breaks reddit posts layout

How do you people keep finding these ES lol. They’re Intel property, how they haven’t sued the sellers :/
My QTJ0 on a Z170 also outperformed the regular 10700k. These chips are not be underestimated.
I think they just vary in silicon quality, because they’re obviously binned for efficiency, so their ceiling isn’t really measured
