I miss knowing it was thinking by the marbles in a can sound the HDD would make as it would read. Or the chunk chunk noises the FDD would make while it read. I also miss the massive power switch that would make a massive thunk when switch on or off.

We got so spoiled the past decade or so.
I literally open up my pc to check what is wrong if i hear it AT ALL.
20 years ago not hearing it would give me a slight panic attack

Watercooling? I’m running 5 noctua fans with NH-D15. Only way I will hear my PC ever is if I push 450W through the gpu.
