Not protestors. Drunks in Chinatown during the Chinese New Year fireworks.
Doubt it was Kanji, as it was in China Town.
I wonder if that laser scanner also has high def scans of anyone that approached the car to the point they can now track each of those people from various angles on any camera in SF.
They aren’t supposed to say they can do that but now that the car was attacked they may be able to bring the fact that the car itself was working to protect the companies assets and began saving their scans for further inquiry.
Also, not sure why it doesn’t feel so cyberpunk now but in 99 I sure would have thought so.
