My buddy is looking to build his first pc and is looking to keep it at right about $1000. He’s got peripherals covered and needs WiFi. Going for a pure gaming build. Let me know on any thoughts or recommendations! Feel free to post a PCPP list of your own.

Looks like a nice build. I would recommend going with an m-atx motherboard and save a buck

Iirc this ram doesn’t have expo, but you can probably get a kit with expo for only handful more.

  3. You definitely don’t need fancy RAM for a 7500F.

I mean, there is a website that basically tells you if the parts work together.   It takes some time and research but it’s not rocket medicine.

I’d recommend not using 64G of RAM, 32 would be more than enough for gaming. And also I noted that you will need to do a Bios update, now if you’ve done this before that’s not a problem, but a new builder may have a little bit of trouble though with google at your side it should be easy enough

  6. If there is any corner cutting you can do to get a 7700xt might be nice, just because it will be supported longer. Maybe I’m wrong though it’s been awhile.

Nothing much just spend a little less on the cooler a Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE would be good enough costs like 17-19 bucks
