This is the only game where I literally stopped on a sidewalk and just stared at an NPC for a minute because of how attractive they were. Their outfit had such an insane attention to detail, I could see the stitching and wrinkles on her shorts.

Do CDPR individually model each NPC or just have the best procedural generation I’ve ever seen? Maybe a mix of both? Procedural generation with human oversight/finishing touches?
