I’m having some issues with my 9900K OC. In stability stats nothing crashes and no errors are detected but the core speeds dropping to as low as the 3.0 range during the test. This happens in P95 as well, no crashes or errors but same issue. If I run a benchmark I usually crash before it finishes, but running games I haven’t gotten any crashes at all? Does anyone know what could be causing it? I was getting stability issues when my voltage was at 1.3 but 1.33 or 1.35 seems to solve it. I’m not sure if I’m missing something or if there is another issue.

What are VRM temps?
Do you have an AVX offset set?
What motherboard are you using?

Enable multicore enhancement or increase the power limits

What do you monitor with?
If aren’t doing it already if you run hwinfo64 (always on) it will have flags that trigger if you hit things like current limit, thermal limit, voltage limits, overprotection limits, etc. This can help you identify what’s wrong.
Might be worth checking you avx offsets again in-bios to make sure we didn’t accidentally plug a bigger number than intended in there.
What bios voltage & LLC level did you set, have you enabled MCE and have you disabled the power/current limits in bios?
