Hi guys, I normally have my computer set to normal mode but I was in bios and seen that optimal apparently saves more energy than normal, is it correct? Would it not use more energy due to the increase in power. Pics attached to have a look, appreciate any help from someone more knowledgeable than myself. Thank you.
